Cice is born in Bira, Neamt, a small village in Romania.She attended "O.Bancila" Art Highschool, then followed " George Enescu" Art University in Iasi, Romania. She is exhibiting since 1997 in Romania and Europe. Since 2014 , Cice is living and working in Bedfordshire, United Kingdom.Her art is a continuous research about feelings, existence and colour.
